How do I hail a taxi?

To hail a taxi, simply open the jump app, enter your pick up and drop-off locations, and press hail. Confirm your hailing request and wait for your driver to arrive.

Can I cancel a ride?

Yes, you can cancel a hailing request through the app. Select the ride you want to cancel, and follow the prompts. Please note that ... TBC.

How do I make my payment?

You don't have to set up any payment method within the app, you can pay on the passenger pin pad in the back of the taxi or by cash at the end of your journey.

How do I contact my driver?

Once your booking is confirmed, you will have the option to contact your driver.
